Season Report is an engineering organization. We collect as little information as we can, and we tell you plainly what we do with it.

If you contact us, apply for a role, or write to us about supporting the work, we receive the details you send: your name, your email address, and anything you choose to include in your message.
We use that information only to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Our hosting provider keeps basic request records, such as the pages loaded and the browser used, to keep the site running and to stop abuse. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build visitor profiles.

Our detection and flight testing produces environmental readings and camera imagery of land and sky. The purpose is to identify smoke and heat, not to identify people.
We do not operate facial recognition. Imagery captured during testing is used to evaluate and improve our systems, and is shared outside the organization only with the landowners, agencies, or research partners involved in that test.

Messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and then deleted. Test data is kept while it still has engineering value for the mission it belongs to.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to team@season.report and we will respond.
